Who is responsible

This website is run by Daniel, who operates under the name TechBlend Studio and is responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us:

  • Project brief form: your name, email address, optional company, the project details, budget and timeline you select, an optional link, and how you found us.
  • Email: whatever you include when you write to us.
  • Technical data: a one-way, salted hash of your IP address (not the address itself), your browser's user agent and the referring page — used only to prevent spam and abuse.

Why we use it

To reply to your inquiry, discuss your project and, if you decide to work with us, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent (the checkbox on the form) and the steps you ask us to take before a contract.

We never sell your data, never add you to a mailing list and never use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Your brief is stored on our own server. To read and answer it, we use:

  • Telegram — a notification with your brief is sent to our team's private chat.
  • Our email provider — to send you a confirmation and to correspond with you.
  • Umami — privacy-friendly, cookieless website analytics. It counts visits without collecting personal data or tracking you across sites.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. Our analytics (Umami) work without cookies and without personal identifiers.

How long we keep it

Project briefs are deleted automatically after 24 months, or earlier if you ask. If we work together, project correspondence is kept as long as needed for the project and for legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to support@techblendstudio.com. We reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
